We have been in the antiques and lighting/accessory business for over 20 years. We have a large selection of lampshades, as well as high-end lighting at discounted prices. We also do chandelier, and lamp repair.
We are located close to the Wildwood Lamps and Chelsea House warehouse, so we are able to pick up orders that need to be shipped quickly. Need a rush order? Just ask!

Before checkout, the checkout page says that the total is without shipping fees and taxes. Only North Carolina residents are taxed. All other states are not taxed. Shipping is free to the continental US. Just choose "free shipping" option at checkout. If you are not from the continental US, a separate shipping invoice will be sent after checkout via paypal. Feel free to contact us for estimates, as we do a lot of international shipping.
Antiques are typically shipped within four business days from the order. Reproductions are mainly drop shipped from the factory. Decorative accessories that are in stock are shipped within a week. Lamps take 2-3 weeks to ship. If items are not in stock, you will be contacted immediately.
International shipping quotes will be given after purchase or earlier upon request. A second paypal invoice will be sent for international orders. We ship internationally daily, so don't hesitate to order from us if you are are overseas!

We ship a lot internationally via USPS first-class and priority mail. Global Express mail may also be used, as well as other global methods. International quotes are given on a case by case basis. Multiple quotes are often given. Sorry, we cannot accept international checks, and please, don't ask us to mark "gift" on the customs form.
Shipping cost examples: except to Canada which runs cheaper, it typically costs about $150 to ship a lamp, and vases/bowls run around $75. Smaller items run about $44. Shipping to Canada runs much cheaper, and we are able to give free shipping to Canada at times. Just ask!
Can all items be returned? The only items that may not be returned are Carvers' Guild mirrors. These are typically made-to-order, and may only be returned if they were received damaged. In that case, shipping will not be paid by the customer (will be paid by factory).
Items may be returned if unhappy with purchase. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, and at buyer's expense (unless we the seller made an error in our listing). Please be sure to purchase insurance on returned items. At times, the returned item will be picked up by the factory and a new item will be sent by the factory. A refund will be given after the item is received in the condition in which it was sent. If it is not received in the condition in which it was sent, it then becomes an issue between the customer and the shipping company.

check, money order, paypal payments, and any other online payments on this site, as well as charge cards in-house (call us with your charge card number).
Checks are held 10 business days from the date posted to your bank, so if in a hurry, please pay by another method.
